CIRC is an Erasmus Plus Cooperation partnership in adult education project between Slovakia, Germany, Italy, Poland, Cyprus and Netherlands. This project aims to empower adults at risk of exclusion, including marginalized ethnic groups, by equipping them with circular economy knowledge and skills. It will provide adult educators with essential training and methodologies, bolster upskilling, and cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets. Activities include a comprehensive guide for adult educators, a specialized training format, a collaborative hub platform, and national conferences to share achievements. The project aims to engage individuals in the circular job market and encourage circular economy entrepreneurship. It draws on partners' prior work in environmental protection, climate change, renewable energy, employment, and inclusion. The project aligns with the European Green Deal's objectives and emphasizes the significant opportunities the circular economy holds for economies, societies, and the environment.
